14-day right of return

You have the right to return an item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you received it, without giving any reason.

Return procedure

If you decide to return an item, please notify the Seller by email at info@petvilis.com and attach proof of purchase (the invoice received or a document confirming its payment).

Send or deliver the returned item to the Seller after the Seller has confirmed the return.

Items are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, in the city of Jonava, to any parcel locker chosen by the Buyer.

Conditions for returned items

A returned item must be:

• unused and undamaged;
• with its labels attached;
• in its original packaging;
• not having lost its marketable appearance.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept a returned item if it does not meet these requirements.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning (shipping) the item are paid by the customer.

Refunds

The Seller refunds the amount paid for the item to the Buyer no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the returned item is received, but only after confirming that the returned item is in proper condition, undamaged, unused and meets the return conditions. The money is refunded to the bank account specified by the Buyer. The Seller refunds only the amount paid for the item; shipping, delivery or other costs related to the delivery of the item are not refunded.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the item has been returned or until proof of its dispatch has been provided.

Damaged or missing item

If, upon receiving the parcel, you notice that the ordered item is missing or that the parcel is damaged, please inform the Seller immediately by email at info@petvilis.com.
