Withdraw from contract

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. The deadline is met if you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

You can withdraw in any of the following ways:

• by filling in the online form on this page (the “Return an item” button);
• by filling in the model withdrawal form below and sending it by email to info@petvilis.com;
• by sending any other unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw by email.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay. Refunds are described on the Returns page.

This form follows Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
