General provisions

These terms of the online store (hereinafter – the Terms) are a legally binding document for both the Buyer and the Seller, defining the rights and obligations of both Parties. The Seller reserves the right to change, update or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer is informed of any changes to the Terms on the online store website. The version of the Terms that was in force at the time the order was placed applies to that order.

Purchasing goods

After placing an order, you must enter the data required to deliver the selected items. Make sure the data provided is correct – you are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Once you confirm the order and make the payment, the Seller receives all the information about the order. The order is deemed placed and the purchase–sale contract between you and the Seller is concluded from the moment the Seller receives the order.

After placing the order, an email will be sent to the address you provided, indicating the ordered items and the data you submitted. If you have not received confirmation that the order is being processed, please contact us by email at info@petvilis.com.

Prices of goods

Prices of goods in the online store are stated in euros.

The delivery price is presented before placing the order and depends on the selected country and delivery method.

Intellectual property

All information and content provided in this online store – including, but not limited to, texts, product descriptions, photographs, graphic elements, design, logos, trademarks, videos and software code – is the property of the Seller or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property protection laws.

Without the prior written consent of the Seller, any copying, distribution, public communication, transfer, modification or other use of the material in this store for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Liability of the Parties

The Seller undertakes to:

• provide the technical conditions for the Buyer to use the Store;
• dispatch the ordered goods within the specified period;
• refund money for returned goods in accordance with the Terms and applicable legislation.

The Buyer undertakes to:

• provide a correct delivery address for the goods;
• pay the established price of the goods and the delivery fee;
• collect the ordered goods.

Final provisions

All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The consumer may also submit a request or complaint regarding a purchased item to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or via the online consumer dispute resolution (ODR) platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
